1. INTRODUCTION

This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") governs the processing, dispatch, shipping and delivery of all orders placed with GoRSA (Pty) Ltd ("GoRSA", "we", "our", or "us").

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. DELIVERY AREAS

GoRSA currently delivers to all major cities and towns within the Republic of South Africa.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Certain remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.

3. COURIER PARTNER

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door, one of South Africa's leading courier providers.

The courier used may be changed from time to time at GoRSA's sole discretion where necessary to ensure efficient service.

Orders are processed during normal business hours:

Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00 (SAST)

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

GoRSA reserves the right to delay or cancel any order where payment verification, fraud prevention checks or stock verification is required.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation and tracking details (where available) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Delivery details are accurate.

Any additional courier or re-delivery charges may be payable by the customer before the order is dispatched again.
